items returned for exchange and/or store credit must be approved by Customer Care and must have the original tags attached. The item(s) will be refused and sent back to you if they do not comply with the terms stated above.
Please allow up to 5 business days from when your package is delivered for returned items to be processed. Store credit and exchange will be processed after we have inspected your items and confirmed that they are in their original condition.
BarelyBoujee is not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit. We suggest you select delivery signature confirmation and insurance when shipping the item(s) back to us as this will provide you with a remedy if an issue does arise with the shipping company . Customers must file claims for lost packages through USPS.COM. Once the item(s) is received and processed you will receive an email confirmation in regard to the next steps. Please note exchanges and/or store credits are processed as a new order and will not be expedited.
